Transcripts from Bob's 2nd Trial November 1997

Theoretically, all findings of Appeal Courts, or arguments raised on appeal, are elements of a trial. Therefore, the arguments raised on appeal must be presented at the trial.
This is a transcript of the 1997 trial that yielded the January 18/2001 decision to uphold the life sentence on me.
There is no "more effective pain medication", only an explanation by Dr. Dzus as to why Tracy could not take stronger pain medication. See page 331 of these transcripts.
This erroneous decision remains in force.
