Doctor's Testimony she explains the difficulties of Tracy's case and
discusses the prognosis.
Shirley McNaughton is a retired teacher of alternative-communication systems
that are used by disabled people. In
this article, she proposes honouring Tracy's memory by establishing
a Tracy Latimer Community (TLC) to serve as a demonstration and training
centre, offering the best care possible for those with severe disabilities
who are in chronic pain.
